The series of products consist of polyesterimide enameled copper (aluminum) rectangular wire Class 180, polyesterimide enameled compound copper (aluminum) rectangular wire Class 200, polyvinylacetal enameled copper (aluminum) rectangular wire Class 120/155 and heat-bonding polyvinylacetal enameled copper (aluminum) rectangular wire Class 120.

Enameling working area

1、5 individual production lines for enameling rectangular wire; 28 unites can be processed at one time.
2、It yields 6,000 tons yearly.
3、A set of online testing device is applied to secure the enameling quality.
4、We precisely produce the wire right according to the customer’s length requirements in meter and manage the number of joints.

Conductor thickness: a:0.90~5.00mm
Conductor width: b:3.00~16.00mm
